UVM Center for Sustainable Agriculture Grazing Specialist Kimberly Hagen talks about her work exploring the use of pelletized sheep wool on vegetable farms as a soil conditioner that may have potential to both improve soil and protect water quality while increasing yields.  This is one of the conversations informing the Center's 2020 Annual Report.
