The project highlights MonPellets' mission of transforming discarded sheep wool into a sustainable, organic fertilizer while expanding innovative agricultural solutions from Mongolia into the U.S. market. Through customer discovery, market research, strategic partnerships, and the successful arrival of MonPellets' first U.S. shipment, this research demonstrates how entrepreneurship can drive both environmental sustainability and international business growth.
