Factory Visit – August 20, 2025 We were honored to welcome distinguished guests from FAO, IUCN, WWF, WOCAT, CAMP Alatoo, as well as representatives from Mongolia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan, to our factory on August 20th. The visit was a valuable opportunity to showcase how a local factory can work hand-in-hand with rural cooperatives and herders, while promoting youth engagement, women’s inclusivity, and supply chain efficiency. During the visit, we presented Monpellets, our innovative sheep wool fertilizer, and demonstrated: Sheep shearing in just one minute, showing the efficiency of our training program. Wool handling and pressing techniques that improve quality and reduce costs. Dipping after shearing as part of modern animal health management. On-site wool purchasing from herders, ensuring fair income and sustainable livelihoods. The discussions also highlighted the importance of integrating global expertise (including knowledge from New Zealand, one of the world’s leading agricultural countries) into Mongolia’s rural development. This exchange reinforced our shared vision: building a green, sustainable, and inclusive future for herders, communities, and the environment.
