At Monpellets Mongolia, we prioritize working with social responsibility and collaboration when preparing our raw materials and supporting local herding communities. Our process begins with direct cooperation with Mongolian herders, involving them as an integral part of our supply chain. We place special focus on engaging young herders in the collection and shearing of sheep wool, providing employment opportunities and developing their skills.

Our approach focuses on collecting unwashed, greasy wool, which may not be suitable for traditional textile products but is perfect for our eco-friendly fertilizer production. We ensure fair compensation for the herders and introduce them to global organic standards, helping them adapt to sustainable farming practices.

We maintain a transparent and collaborative relationship with the herding communities, not only ensuring the supply of raw materials needed for production but also contributing to the livelihoods of many Mongolian families, fostering a sustainable and inclusive agricultural model.
